Property Manager
Manage a portfolio of 40–60 residential units. ARLA qualified or working towards.
JOB-002
Lettings Negotiator
Run viewings, reference tenants, close lets. Commission-led, performance-oriented.
JOB-003
Block Management Surveyor
Handle 6–10 blocks. ARMA-Q qualified or close. RICS AssocRICS a plus.

Short-Let Operations Lead
Own our short-let portfolio end-to-end. Guest ops, cleaners, pricing. Hospitality background welcome.
